Mary Carol Pederson
Executive Director

Mary Carol is a former foster parent and co-founder of The CALL. God has laid it on her heart to increase awareness in the Christian community about the great number of children in our neighborhoods who have been abused or neglected and encourage Christians to step out in faith to care for these children in foster care who need a loving home.

Mary Carol holds a Masters in Business Administration, and loves using her business and marketing background to find homes for these precious children! She is married to her husband, Jason, a longtime TV reporter with KATV Channel 7 News in Little Rock, and is a proud mom to their two children, Spencer and Shelby.
